UK - UBS deputy chairman Stephan Haeringer will be put forward for election to the board of directors at the annual general meeting on April 15.
Haeringer has been put forward for the position of vice-chairman of the board. BMW chairman Helmut Panke has also been put forward for election to the UBS board.
