UK - Schroders Residential Property Unit Trust returned 27.4% in 2002 which, it says, makes it one of the best performing funds of its type.
It claims its success is based on the fact that it is underweight in London and the South East regions and focuses more on mid-market accommodation in city regions around the UK.
