UK - Royal London and Scottish Life have allocated £287m in bonuses to with-profits policyholders. It is only the second revision in two years of Royal London bonus rates and the third for Scottish Life.
During 2003 the Royal London With Profits fund recorded a return of 7.7%, before tax, reflecting a much better year for equity markets.
