UK - Liberta Life, Pensions & Investments is to provide outsourcing services for the administration of Barclays Life and Woolwich Life's portfolios.
The deal provides Liberata with 1.4m policies with an approximate value of £200m. As a result of the contract, 240 staff from Barclays will transfer to Liberata.
