UK - Private equity investment firm General Atlantic Partners is set to invest £160m in Liberata, making it the pensions administrator's majority shareholder.
The transaction consists of a primary subscription for new capital in Liberata of £60m and a secondary offer to acquire up to half of the existing shares for a further £100m.
