UK - Two men have been sentenced to a total of five-and-a-half years for defrauding the Inland Revenue through a pensions liberation scam.
Steven Russell and William Ferguson were convicted at Oxford Crown Court of marketing four liberation schemes which cost the government over £1m in lost taxes.
