UK - Many company directors are ignorant of the regulatory risks and liabilities their pension schemes pose, a survey of FTSE250 companies shows.
Research by the London School of Economics for law firm DLA showed that almost a third of company boards are unaware of activities in their companies which could lead to a regulatory intervention.
