Speakers have been announced for Professional Pensions’ Admin and Data Forum on 5 March.

The Pensions Regulator regulatory theme lead for administration, dashboards and cyber Taylor Brightwell-Smith will provide an update on the changing landscape of pensions administration, providing insight into TPR's evolving aporoach to oversight, engagement and standards and how administrators can prepare for the future.

Also, Pensions Administration Standards Association president Kim Gubler, Pensions Management Institute president Girish Menezes and Independent Governance Group (IGG) trustee director and head of administration Amanda Assante will take part in a panel discussion on the reshaping of the pensions market and the collective identity of pensions administration. They will discuss how higher evidential standards, digital demands and consolidation are redefining the structure of the industry, creating both new opportunities and barriers to entry.

Also, Institute of Customer Service chief executive Jo Causon will present a session looking at the UK Customer Satisfaction Index, customer service trends and predictions for 2026, and how administration can be measured, beyond traditional service level agreements, to match the evolving responsibilities.

The Admin and Data Forum will take place on Thursday 5 March at Convene 22 Bishopsgate, London.
